Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

All payments made towards digital products, consultations, strategy sessions, webinars, workshops, training programs, and marketing services are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing before purchase.

2. Services and Consultations

Fees paid for one-on-one consultations, advisory calls, strategy sessions, and service retainers are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed or the service has started.

If a session is missed by the client without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

3. Webinars, Workshops, and Training Programs

Payments for webinars, workshops, and training programs are non-refundable once registration is completed.

In case an event is cancelled by Nishant Somani / TechySharks, participants may be offered either a full refund or an option to attend a rescheduled session.

4. Digital Products

Due to the nature of downloadable or access-based digital products, all purchases are final and non-refundable once access is granted or the product is delivered.

5. Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment is made by mistake for the same offering, the extra amount will be refunded after verification. Please contact support with transaction details for quick resolution.

6. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7 to 14 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
