Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy applies to bookings, consultations, webinars, workshops, training programs, digital products, agency services, consulting services, and other paid offerings provided by Nishant Somani / TechySharks, based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
By booking a session, registering for a program, making a payment, or engaging with our services, you agree to the terms of this Cancellation Policy.
1. General Cancellation Terms
Cancellation requests must be made through official communication channels, including registered email or confirmed WhatsApp support. Cancellation is considered valid only after written acknowledgment from our team.
2. Consultation and Strategy Sessions
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for one-time rescheduling.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be treated as a missed session.
- No-shows without prior notice are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
3. Workshops, Webinars, and Training Programs
- Seats once booked are generally non-cancellable due to limited capacity planning.
- If cancellation is requested before access credentials or event materials are shared, transfer to a future batch may be considered at our discretion.
- After program access is granted, cancellation requests are not accepted.
4. Digital Products and Downloadable Resources
Due to the nature of digital delivery, orders for digital products, templates, guides, recordings, and downloadable assets cannot be cancelled once access has been provided.
5. Agency and Ongoing Service Engagements
- For monthly retainers or ongoing service contracts, cancellation requires written notice as per agreed engagement terms.
- Work completed up to the cancellation date remains billable.
- Any third-party costs already incurred (ad spend, software, platform fees, vendor charges) are non-cancellable.
6. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling may be permitted once for eligible bookings, subject to availability. Repeated rescheduling requests may be declined to maintain scheduling fairness and delivery timelines.
7. Cancellation by Nishant Somani / TechySharks
In rare cases where we must cancel or postpone a session or service due to unavoidable circumstances, you will be offered either a rescheduled slot or an appropriate credit/refund as applicable under our refund policy.
8. How to Request Cancellation
To request cancellation, email us with your full name, registered contact details, service booked, payment reference, and reason for cancellation.
